Night Nanny
I have over 30 years of experience working with families across the tri-state area. I have worked as a night (baby) nurse and as a full-time nanny taking care of children from birth until school years. I am close with so many of the children I have cared for and am in touch with them and the families years later.

Night Nanny
My career has revolved around providing a safe and nurturing space for families. I started babysitting in 8th grade and nannied through nursing school. I spent 12 years as a pediatric ICU RN and have been a peds NP since 2019. I served as a birth and postpartum doula for more than 15 friends and family over the years. I’m currently an adjunct nursing professor and would love to support parents in the most important job on Earth. I’m passionate about early bonding and enrichment, social emotional learning and giving parents the tools to raise safe and healthy kids. I have extensive experience supporting children with acute and chronic illnesses, as well as those with special needs. I can help families with newborns adjust to the transition home, including lactation support and gaining confidence in moments of uncertainty. I am happy to be an extra set of hands when one or both parents return to work. I am here to empower caregivers every step of the way.

With a background in psychology and current graduate studies in social work, I approach caregiving with empathy, structure, and creativity. Whether supporting early learning, managing behavior, or just being a consistent and fun presence, I create environments where kids feel safe, heard, and encouraged to be themselves.

Night Nanny
I have worked exclusively with newborns and their families for the past seven (7) years, with the majority of my assignments consisting of overnight care (10–12-hour shifts). My schedule is flexible, with start and end times adjusted to meet each family's unique needs. In addition to overnight care, I have extensive experience providing 24-hour live-in support for both twins and singleton newborns. During my overnight shifts, I introduce gentle routines that help establish healthy habits and provide a strong foundation for a baby's growth and development. I ensure that all baby-related tasks are complete before the end of my shift, including laundry, bottle washing, and the cleaning and sterilization of feeding and pumping equipment. I also help maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing environment for both baby and family, while offering practical suggestions that parents can implement during daytime hours. Having had the privilege of supporting many first-time parents, I am able to provide guidance on current baby products, equipment, and resources that may be helpful to their family's specific needs. My goal is to make the early postpartum period as smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable as possible by supporting both parents and baby during this important transition. In addition to newborn care, I offer encouragement and guidance to help older siblings adjust to the arrival of a new baby, fostering a positive and supportive family experience.

Night Nanny
Hello! I am a professional childcare provider with 6+ years of experience. For the past few years, I worked in various office roles where I developed strengths in logistics and organization- skills which are equally crucial for nannying! However, I realize I am truly missing the experience of caring for children and would love to continue this interactive and rewarding work as soon as possible. From a Psychology background, I understand how important it is for children to be surrounded by trustworthy, positive motivators throughout their developmental journey. At the same time, children are profoundly intelligent beyond their years and can teach us a lesson in curiosity and empathy as well. Nannying gives me great joy for many reasons. For one, it motivates me to be the best possible person I can be for the wonderful children I care for.

Night Nanny
I was five when my youngest brother was born and my response was basically, "Mother, Father, thank you for your contribution, this is my child now." Even as a kid, I would always find my way to the babies. As a preteen it was the highlight of my week if I got to volunteer for a neighborhood mom with her little ones. I am one of five kids and definitely the family's second-best "Baby Whisperer" --the ultimate title goes to my mom, who was a Neonate ICU nurse. In fact, it is a huge relief that I have a mom and a sister-in-law who work(ed) in the NICU. If I ever have a question they are a simple text away and a VALUABLE resource when I run into any questions or concerns about little ones. I have nannied for about 7 kids starting from when they were newborns/infants. This included bottle feedings, sleep training, umbilical cord care, logging input/output (ie feedings and diaper changes), teamwork with parents in problem-solving the best collective methods that work for each specific kid (we're all out here just trying to do the best we can! Sometimes the weirdest solutions end up being what works best).
