Night Nanny
Growing up I have always had a passion for working and helping children which is why I obtained a Bachelor's degree similar to that. Currently, I work as day care teacher teaching 2 year olds and I can honestly say that I love it despite it not being as easy all the time but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Being and teaching children brings me joy because not only are they adorable but because they are the next generation that'll prosper in making a change for other future kids to come as well. Additionally, being someone that they can cry to, smile with and be upset with is all part of why I enjoy what do all because I love being their companion and vice versa. Although, my experience with children may not be as lengthy, I adore and have a passion for children that and will treat them as if their my own, although, I don’t have any at the moment. Likewise, my end goal is to be a possible role model to and for them aside from their parents and make a difference in the child life.

Night Nanny
I worked as a night time nanny or baby nurse off and on for a few years . I basically filled in for 24hrs shifts, weekends or when their full time baby nurse needed a break or had appointments. I love working with newborns. They are soo innocent and yet requires a lot of care and attention. I enjoy feeding, bathing and swaddling them. Once awake and weather permitting we take walks to the parks and just enjoy nature and take in the fresh air. I often made notes of eating, sleeping and playing schedule so the parents can have an idea of what they ate or did and can pick up from where I left off. At the end of my day as long as the parents and baby are happy my job has been done.

Hyacinth M.
Night Nanny
Hi, I'm Hyacinth and I'm so excited to meet you and your beautiful family. I have recently completed a newborn specialist assignment which I have the pleasure of being a long standing family member. I'm hoping to build the same bond with future families who will hire me. I work mostly with newborns 0 - 3 months old. I have more than 10 years of experience as a Newborn Specialist and Nanny, caring for children from birth and up. I help parents with everything from organizing the nursery to feeding, bathing and sleep training. I also have experience introducing first-time parents to newborn care, and have had a lot of success sleep training infants (when they are ready) using the Ferber method. I also have experience with twins, preemies, colic, circumcision care, umbilical cord care and lactation support. I help keep the home organized and prepared for each night to go as smoothly as possible. I keep a careful log of the baby's activities throughout the night to keep parents informed about the baby's preferences and habits while they are asleep, awake or feeding. Clients describe me as soothing, calm and collected. I have worked with different types of parenting philosophies and am respectful of each family's unique circumstances and preferences. In order to prepare for a successful night with newborns, I'd like to start night nanny sessions no later than 8 pm. Currently, I'm available to 6 nights per week starting mid May and 24 hours if desired by clients.
