Frantcisca P.
Sitter / Nanny
Hi my name is Frantcisca, I have been in childcare for over 10 years. It all started at a young age of 13 watching my younger cousins and them Progressing, to working at a daycare. At the age 20 I became a mother myself. I work with kids all ages and I love it. It takes a village to raise a kid and together we can help make our kids successful, expressive and make them know that their lives matter and they are loved. As a mother of two I know how important it is to balance the work life and making time for your kids. Having someone to help you out every-once in a while can make a huge difference. Wether you need time for yourself, or work, every help you can get helps out. I am a loving ,caring ,fun, and respectful adult and if your looking for someone that you can count on look more further. With the childcare services I am also a great cook and a great cleaner, your family is in great hands.

Night Nanny
Hi, My name is Sherleen and I’m an experienced Baby Nurse with over 14 years of hands-on experience caring for newborns to toddler age. Throughout the years I have had the pleasure of working with many wonderful families and have developed great relationships with most them from caring for their children. I would describe myself as calm, caring, nurturing, and supportive. As a mother of two, I understand how important it is to meet a child’s needs while also supporting the parents during difficult and sometimes overwhelming time. I know that every baby is different, and I never use a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to get to know each baby, understand the parents' preferences, and work closely with the family to create a routine and care plan that truly works for them. My experience covers breastfeeding support, latching support, umbilical cord care, bris/circumcision care, bottle feeding and establishing healthy sleep routines . I’m a Certified postpartum doula and in first Aid and CPR. I’m update to date on all shots TDAP, covid vaccine etc. I am flexible and can provide overnight and 24 hour care as well as day time support I'm based in New Jersey and willing to travel to New York , Hoboken , Jersey City etc. If you’re looking for someone experienced, trustworthy, and truly passionate about helping families during those precious early years, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you and your little one.

I am a compassionate, reliable, and highly attentive caregiver with a Home Health Aide (HHA) license, Safe Sleep Ambassador Certificate and a current nursing student pursuing my Practical Nurse (LPN) certification. I have extensive hands-on experience caring for children from newborns through adolescence, with a special focus on overnight and newborn care. As an overnight caregiver, I provide calm, structured, and attentive support throughout the night, allowing parents to rest with peace of mind. I am experienced in nighttime feedings, safe bottle preparation, burping, diaper changes, soothing techniques, and sleep support, as well as helping establish and maintain healthy sleep routines. I understand how important consistency and gentle care are during nighttime hours, especially for infants adjusting to new schedules. I am skilled in monitoring breathing, sleep patterns, and overall behavior, and I am trained to recognize early signs of illness, fever, discomfort, or distress. With a strong understanding of infant anatomy, growth, and development, I maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment while adhering strictly to hygiene and infection control standards. My clinical background allows me to assist with basic health monitoring, including checking temperature, pulse, and respiration, administering medications as directed when appropriate, and maintaining accurate charting and communication for parents. I am knowledgeable in basic first aid, infant CPR, and emergency response, and I remain calm and focused in urgent situations such as choking, fever, or other medical concerns. In addition to physical care, I provide emotional reassurance and gentle interaction that supports bonding, comfort, and early development. I pride myself on my patience, empathy, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality, and I follow all parental instructions and care plans closely. Whether supporting a family overnight with a newborn or providing ongoing childcare, my goal is to deliver safe, dependable, and compassionate care while giving families the confidence and rest they deserve.
