I have always had a love and a passion working with little ones . I believe they should be treated with love , care and understanding . Children are our future so I believe it is very important to make sure they feel included and heard . I am very proud of how I handle taking care of children and I am proud of myself because I have grown into someone who would have protected me as a child . That's powerful . I always believed children should be respected because this world does not belong to us , it belongs to our children. I pay attention to their needs individually , as every child learns , thinks , and processes information differently . Also , I am very patient when it comes to learning what makes them feel appreciated and loved .
