With over 23 years of experience as a Newborn Care Specialist, I provide dedicated overnight support to families with newborns. I typically work 12-hour overnight shifts, six nights a week, attending to babies’ needs throughout the night so parents can rest.
My responsibilities include feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and resettling babies, while encouraging the development of healthy sleep habits and a consistent nighttime routine to help families get a good night’s sleep.
I also provide feeding support for both breastfeeding and formula feeding when needed. As babies go through different developmental stages, I offer guidance, reassurance, and hands-on support to help families navigate these sometimes challenging times.
