Many people call Jacob a math wiz, and some even go as far as calling him a genius. It's no surprise, as he was admitted into MENSA, the world's largest high IQ society.
During this time of COVID, Jacob has taken it upon himself to dedicate his free time to tutoring children from kindergarten age through 8th grade. All of his earnings are being donated to Northwell Health, a nonprofit healthcare network that is New York State's largest healthcare provider. Since Jacob started tutoring, he has raised over $1300 for the medical organization which is fighting COVID.
Jacob creates individualized learning packets for each of his students and supplements their lessons with videos and assignments off of Khan Academy, the online math learning website.
Jacob can tutor all math subjects through 8th grade - algebra, fractions, division, you name it.
Rates: $35 for a one-hour session, $30 for a 45-minute session and $25 for a 30-minute session.
