I tutor PreK-6th grade math and enrichment for individuals and small groups.
I believe that children’s views of math are set at an early age, and that confidence leads to success. I am passionate about sharing my love of math with young children using engaging and proven pedagogical methods.
After serving as a classroom teacher for ten years in both traditional and magnet schools for the gifted, I have chosen to focus on my deep interest in elementary level mathematics, especially the area of number sense.
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions. My in-person sessions are offered in Lower Westchester County, NY. Group lessons are available for up to 4 kids at a time.
