I've been helping take care of my family since I was a little girl.I have always been a great helper since I was young. I helped my mother care for my little sister since she was little. When my mother was sick I used to rush home from school to help take care of her as well. I've learned how to cook at a young age. Since I was 10 I have been helping my family with anything that they needed cooking, cleaning and attending to them being sick, and helping out with the children. I am very passionate about being able to help people. I will always be sure to help in any way that I can.

Hi! I'm Fahmidah, a caring and committed 19-year-old with meaningful experience working with children. I come from a large family with six siblings and two young nephews, which has shaped my ability to connect with and care for kids of all ages. I previously worked as a group leader in after-school programs, supporting children ages 5 to 13. My role centered on making each child feel heard, valued, and safe while helping them learn, play, and build healthy relationships. I take pride in creating fun, structured environments where children can grow emotionally, socially, and academically. My approach blends joy with responsibility—ensuring that every activity is both engaging and grounded in respect and care. Although I stepped away from my group leader position due to the need for a more flexible schedule, I'm now looking for opportunities where I can continue making a positive difference in children's lives while balancing my availability.

I have worked with different families. Colic refers to excessive, inconsolable crying in infants. This ensuring a calm environment can be helpful. Premature baby need care. I would supportive measures by taking temperature regulation, respiratory support, careful feeding plans, and close monitoring of growth and development. umbilical cord care this involves keeping it clean and dry. avoiding areas to keep it irritated. Have a baby circumcise This may involve keeping the area clean, applying petroleum jelly, and avoiding tight or restrictive clothing. Lactation support making sure the baby has proper milk supply. Postpartum Supportive measures may include therapy, medication, and a strong support system. After a C-section, proper wound care, pain management, and gradually increasing activity levels are important for a smooth recovery. Sleep training involves teaching infants healthy sleep habits and self-soothing techniques. Various methods exist, including the Ferber method, and the gentler approaches like the Pick-Up-Put-Down method. I am well experience and while chain in the field of Babysitting .

Hi, I'm Eddie! I've been teaching private and group music and enrichment classes in homes and schools around NYC for over a decade. I was also a camp counselor and have extensive experience taking care of my 2 year old nephew (I am his favorite person). I take a child-led approach to care and enrichment. I meet children (and all humans) where they are, which allows me to provide guidance, structure, and fun in a way that empowers them and fosters confidence, and safe self expression. Honesty and transparency are important to me in my working relationships, and I believe patient, direct, and appropriate communication over difficult circumstances are key when mitigating big emotions. I've been a counselor at day-camps, sleep-away camps, and community centers, and I'm skilled at keeping children safe, engaged, and calm when necessary. Additionally, I've taught music lessons and recording technology to groups and private students with special needs across the spectrum, ADHD, Turrets Syndrome, mental health and other neurodivergence conditions. As a child, I was lucky enough to have had incredible caregivers enrich my life and inspire me. I incorporate this gratitude into my work supporting families and being a source of care and comfort for my clients. Looking forward to meeting you!

Growing up I have always had a passion for working and helping children which is why I obtained a Bachelor's degree similar to that. Currently, I work as day care teacher teaching 2 year olds and I can honestly say that I love it despite it not being as easy all the time but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Being and teaching children brings me joy because not only are they adorable but because they are the next generation that'll prosper in making a change for other future kids to come as well. Additionally, being someone that they can cry to, smile with and be upset with is all part of why I enjoy what do all because I love being their companion and vice versa. Although, my experience with children may not be as lengthy, I adore and have a passion for children that and will treat them as if their my own, although, I don’t have any at the moment. Likewise, my end goal is to be a possible role model to and for them aside from their parents and make a difference in the child life.

I'm CPR Certified and also a certified new born care specialist. To me working with infants is very interesting and a joy to watch them develop and move to different stages of their life beautifully. They need all the care and attention because it's also their most fragile stage in life as a little human being. I also enjoy helping new parents along that journey because of my experiences I've learnt that they too also needs help. I will always respect their wishes and may suggest ways or techniques to them on how to go about things such as feeding the baby, burping them. Changing their clothes or even carrying them, the simple things that some of them are sometimes a bit scared of letting them know it's ok to make mistakes and it's a learning process for everyone because every child is different. I love and enjoy the outdoors so once they're of age I suggest classes, find kids alike in age so they have playmates and start their creative process. I also do arts and crafts, takes trips to the zoo ,Library or museums anything that keeps their minds stimulated and occupied. I enjoy my times with all kids and my goal is to ensure that they are safe and happy at all time. I'm huge on communication so I will send pictures or videos and also text the parents and let them know of our whereabouts at all times. Note I have a 3.5-hour booking minimum per session.
