Frank R.
Sitter / Nanny
Hello there! My name is Frank, and I am currently a Master's student at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, studying Biomedical Science: Disease Mechanisms & Therapeutics. More importantly, I'm someone who will be dedicated to you and your family! I fell in love with working with kids, both babysitting and tutoring, many years ago… At my school growing up, most students had parents who worked very long hours and could not afford someone to pick up and watch their children. In my final years of middle school, I worked in the after-school program with about 20 children a day and only one school staff member, because that was the only one available. For kids ranging from kindergarten to fourth or fifth grade, I watched them for hours after school, multiple nights a week, until their parents could pick them up. I took them to the gym for games, helped them with their homework, and taught them fun card games and magic tricks they went on to share. Fast forward a few years, and I was tutoring students for the SAT, then doing advocacy work in college. Now I am ready to get back to my roots! I would love to work with you and am currently seeking opportunities that fit my graduate school schedule. I can get a meal going in the kitchen, always provide a fun time with reading, board games, or anything in between, and help with any schoolwork, whether it be for 2nd grade or 12th grade!

Sitter / Nanny
I love to listen to kids instead of instructing them what to do. Kids have minds of their own and in order to guide one must understand who they are. I enjoy being gentle with kids and fostering a loving and respectful environment for their parents to get along with their kids well. Being a mother, I feel the importance to help the parents understand their kids better. Being helpful with the mother is always a must as well.
